About the Performance:
Project Wild Edges presents an outdoor theatrical experience exploring our relationship to nature and the values at the heart of our land practices. The performances take place along the Wolf Creek Trail, Grass Valley. The trail is a wild edge where our suburban life intersects with nature. Each show culminates with a “Speaking of Nature” shared discussion with local experts in the field of land management. This project is funded by a California Humanities For All Project Grant and sponsored by The Miners Foundry Cultural Center, and the Nevada County Arts Council.
Notes: The show starts promptly - plan to arrive 20 minutes early. Be prepared for sun, bring plenty of water, wear good shoes. Each ticket holder will be required to sign a waiver of liability before the performance.
Chairs will be provided at the end of each show as well as a public port-a-potty.
